- When nearly brown, add red and let it evaporate. Then add tomatoes and half the stock. Simmer on LOW for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Add rest of stock and continue simmering for another 45 mins. Start to bring big pot of salted water to the boil.
- Cook pasta according to instructions. Add the milk right at the end of cooking, stir. Trust me on the milk! Drain pasta and add to sauce, mix and serve
