The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:

  1. Make ready 10-15 Cherry tomatoes
  2. Make ready 5 tbsp Extra virolive oil
  3. Take 10 cloves Garlic chopped

  7. Take 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions to make Bruschetta:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute on high heat until lightly browned.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and salt and stir. Cover and cook till soft.
  4. Cut the baguette diagonally into thick slices. Arrange the bread slices on a backing tray.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over them. Spread the tomato mixture and mozzarella cheese over the bread. Place basil leaves over the cheese. Drazzle some more olive oil over the slices.
  6. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes or till the cheese melts..Then serve hot.
