- Get 1/2~1 tsp * grated garlic
- Make ready 1 tsp * lemon juice
- Get 1~1/2 tsp * chicken broth (chicken stock powder)
- Prepare 2~3 Tbsp * water
- Make ready 1 tsp * salt
- Prepare to taste * pepper
- Make ready dried green seaweed (aonori) for topping
Steps to make Simple Salt Yakisoba:
- Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add noodles and stir fry until it becomes golden brown, about for 2~3 mins. Remove from a pan and set aside. (you can also heat noodles in a microwave oven for 1 and half~2 mins.)
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat again, add vegetables and stir fry until wilted. Add noodles, sauce and stir fry quickly.
- Season with salt and pepper. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it (optional). Sprinkle aonori on noodles.
