  23. Take 1 tbsp cream

Instructions to make Gobhi Tikka Masala:

  1. Wash and cut flower into big florets.
  2. In a pan add water salt and turmeric. Once it boils add florets and boil it for 4-5 minutes or semi cooked.
  3. In a bowl take curd, add sattu, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ger garlic paste, and mix thoroughly. Add 1 tsp garam masala. Add mustard oil to marinate and deep the florets into marinate.
  4. Rest marinated florets in fridge for minimum 15 minutes or an hour in fridge.
  5. Roast marinated florets on Tawa or tandoor until cooked. As tandoor takes time i did it on Tawa.
  6. Make onion paste and tomato puree. In a pan add oil. Add cumin, asaefotida to it. Add broken dry red whole chilli. Roast onion paste. Add dry spices. Add crushed kasuri methi. Add tomato puree. Cover it and cook. Add left over marinate. Cook till oil separates.
  7. Add roasted florets to the gravy. Add 1 cup water to it. Add butter and sugar.
  8. Cook until done. Gobi Tikka Masala is ready to serve. Enjoy hot with paratha or rice.
