  1. cook pie shell 350 for 10 mins
  2. dice solid ingredients (ham, bell pepper, garlic, shallots, etc.)
  3. cook garlic in butter
  4. beat eggs with half and half. add salt pepper dill and hot sauce, and whatever seasonings wanted
  5. layer pie pan with swiss first, spinach, ham, more cheese- will mix when egg solution added
  6. add egg solution, stir to mix/ even out
  7. add another layer of cheese (mild), and more ingredients as desired, cheese on top
  8. bake 350 for 45min.
  9. if desired, add more cheese (mild e.g. mozzarella) and put in until melted
