  1. Rinse the rice with excess water to remove starch.
  2. Soak the rice with plenty water for 30 minutes.drain the water.
  3. Add the soaked rice to the pot.lower heat when it starts boiling.
  4. Boil for 5minutes bring down.
  5. Add groundnut oil to a dry pot.heat up add onion,tomato paste curry,thyme,rice and fry.
  6. Add small amount of water boil for 3minutes.
  7. Then pour in the already parboiled rice.
  8. Aĺlow to boil and bring down when is done.
  9. Wash and grate cabbage.
  10. Wash and slice water melon.
  11. Peel pear and blend to puree.
