  1. Rice soaked for 4 hour nutrella also soaked in hot water till soft
  2. Chopped vegetables not very fine take a pan add oil roast jeera bay leave
  3. Add gobhi gajar aloo nutri chunks fry proper now add salt mirchi garammasala other sabut masala
  4. We roast it very well until veģe absorbe masala at last add curd leave it for 5 min
  5. Cover it with lid now we add soaked rice water. If we took 1 cup rice then we should take 1 and half cup water
  6. Pan Cover with lid on mid flame check it time to time if required flame can be high
  7. After 10 min it would be ready leave for some time rice will take its flavour
