  1. Boil the lamb for 15minutes, drain the water and set aside to cool. Chop the kales finely, wash and set aside.
  2. Chop onions and dice the tomatoes and set aside. In two different pans put oil and onions. Once golden brown add tomatoes to one frying pan. On the other add he chopped kales and cover for 3 minutes then set aside.
  3. Add tomato paste after the tomatoes and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add the lamb and a little water then let cook till pasty.
  4. In a sufuria put 2 cups of water and let boil. Add maize flour until firm and cooked. Shape in circle form and put on a plate
