- Prepare 1 cup carrot chopped

- Pour the cornflour and water mixture in the soup.
- Cook stirring constantly until it turns slightly thicker.
- Now switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with toast or noodles.
