- First cut the bread slices into roundels using bowl and keep aside.
- Grate boiled Potatoes and add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder chat masala powder. Mix everything to make the potato masala mixture. Keep aside.
- To prepare the tadka(tempering), heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds (first let it crackle), curry leaves, heeng, grated carrot, red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 2 mins and pour into the yogurt. Mix well Keep aside.
- Now spread potato mixture evenly on all bread roundals. Heat tawa or pan grease it with some oil. Put the bread with potato side down. Then spread yogurt mixture on top(the other side facing upwards).
- Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 mins. Serve Hot!
