  4. Again check the gizards and once they are soft and tender then add the chicken stock stir and add the onion and garlic and ger mince.
  5. Now is fry with it’s own fat and continue to stir and now your can add spices.

  7. Pour and stir and cover the pot. In a cup mix minestrone and brown with water and pour it over the gizards
