- Peel and Wash Tomatillos
- Grill Tomatillos and Tomatoes on flat pan set to medium heat for 6-8 minutes and grill until char. Rotate them so each side gets a small char.
- Grill 15 (for medium) or 30 (for hot) Arbol Chile’s and 5 garlic cloves on flat pan set to medium for 1 minute. Remember to de-stem the Chile’s.
