- For Falafel:- Drain all water from the grams and spread on a cloth or paper and allow it to dry completely.
- In a grinder, take black gram, capsicum, coriander leaves, ger and green chillies and grind it coarsely without adding water in it.

- Now put it in the blender, add hung curd, peanuts, remaining garlic cloves and chilli, coarsely ground peanuts ger and coriander leaves in it and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Now take it in a bowl, add salt and olive oil in it and mix it well.
- For Tzatziki:- In a bowl take water drained grated cucumber, hung curd, roasted cumin powder, finely chopped ger, garlic and coriander leaves and olive oil in it and mix it well.
