- Make ready 1 kg sweet potatoes

- Preheat oven to 220C
- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into chips and put in a large bowl
- Add the macadamia oil and corn flour in a bowl and mix well to coat the sweet potato, then spread out on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes
- 5 minutes before the sweet potatoes are done, sprinkle the sesame seeds on top
- Remove the stems from the kale and slice into 1cm strips
- Place the kale in a steamer, then put the ger on top and steam for 5 minutes, then set aside
- Cook the noodles in boiling water, then drain, rinse under cold water and toss together with the sesame oil (to stop them sticking together)
- Mix the miso and tamari together with the kale and ger in the warm pan you just cooked the noodles in
- Mix in the noodles and chopped avocado
- Divide the noodles amongst 4 bowls and top with the sweet potatoes
