The ingredients needed to make Vegetarian momos:

  1. Get 1 cup maida
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  3. Prepare 1+ 2 tbsp oil
  4. Make ready As required Water to knead dough
  5. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  6. Take 1 green chilli chopped
  7. Get 5-6 garlic cloves
  8. Take 1 patta gobhi chopped
  9. Prepare 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. Make ready As per taste Salt
  11. Prepare as per taste Black pepper powder
  12. Get As Required Steamer / oil to fry

Instructions to make Vegetarian momos:

  1. In a parat add maida, salt and oil. Mix it well.
  2. Mix till dough holds its shape. Add water as required and knead a soft dough. Let it rest.
  3. In a mixture jar add onion, green chillies and garlic. Grind them well.
  4. In a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil and onion mixture. Cook it well.
  5. Add in the chopped patta gobhi. And mix well. - Let the mixture cool down.
  6. Add soya sauce, salt and black pepper powder
  7. Take a small peda from the dough and roll it out. Add 1- 1 1/2 tsp mixture.
  8. Fold it well. Like this
  9. I’ve setuped a homemade steamer. Add the momos in it and steam for 5-7 min on low flame. You can even fry them.
  10. Serve with red chilli sauce or momo chutney.
