The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Prepare 2 cups garbanzo beans
  2. Make ready 1/4 fresh lemon juice
  3. Make ready 2 garlic cloves, minced
  4. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  5. Get 1/4 cup dried parsley
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  1. In the food processor or blender, process garbanzo beans for 1 min. Add tahini, red pepper and minced garlic while processor is still running, process 1 min.
  2. Processor running add sea salt, seasonings and lemon juice and process until creamy consistency, about 10mins.
  3. Stir in parsley by hand
  4. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
