  2. In a kadai add oil and heat it then add jeers, mustard seeds FRI for few seconds then add Hing and onion and ger garlic and fry for 1 minutes then add besan mixture mix continuously.
  3. Pitla comes boil then add salt to taste and stare continuously and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame at last the oil will relieves in the kadai and then of the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
