- Firstly take a bowl add add soya mini chunks and add 4 cup hot water.rest it 10 minutes.
- Then heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom mix it well.
- Add onion,ger garlic paste mix and fry until lightly brown.
- Add small chopped tomato,salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder mix it well.cook it 2 min
- Then remove the soya mini chunks in hot water.then blend it.then put into pan mix it well.
- Cook it 5 min then add small chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with chapatti
