  1. Mix the cream cheese, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Whisk well to get a smooth sauce and set aside.
  2. Mix the milk and vinegar in a cup and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes. Meanwhile mix all the dry ingredients for the dough. Add the milk+vinegar mixture and the butter and knead to get a soft dough. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Mix the brown sugar, cornflour and cinnamon powder and set aside. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Apply the butter evenly all over. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture and press down with the rolling pin. Fold into 3 flaps and cut out long strips. Cut each strip into 3 sections leaving the top intact.
  4. Form braids of these strips, roll them up and place into greased muffin moulds.
  5. Preheat a kadhai with some salt. Place a ring stand of 1 inch height onto the salt and place the muffin tray on it. Cover the kadhai and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes.
  6. Once cooked remove and brush with some butter cover with a towel and set aside for 10 minutes. Drizzle some cheesy sauce on it and Enjoy!!
