- After 10 mins, knead the dough for 1or 2 mins.

- Heat salt in a kadhai, put stand on it. Place a plate over it and cover with the lid. Preheat for 10 min on medium flame.
- In the meanwhile, roll it thin to about 1/2 cm thickness and in rectangular shape. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly. Bookfold and slightly roll it.
- Divide into 6 parts. Give knot shape, cut in the middle as shown, twist and stick on both the edges.I
- Place into a muffins mould, place on the plate in kadhai. Cover with the lid. Cook on medium low flame till light golden brown for,15 to 20 mins Brush with melted butter.
