- In a pan take a tsp of oil. Add urrad dal+ Channa dal+cumin seeds+coriander seeds+methi seeds+red chilli+hing.Sauté for a awhile until it turns aromatic
- Now in a mixer jar add roasted gram + raw grated mango + step 1 ingredients and grind smooth without adding water.
- Now in a pan take a tsp oil + mustard seeds + urrad dal + curry leaves. Once it splutters transfer blended mixture from step 2. Add salt + jaggery + pinch turmeric and mix well. Serve this with idli/dosa/rice.
