  2. In large saute pan melt butter and cook onions until golden brown.
  3. Add cabbage and cook covered until cabbage wilts. Just a few minutes.

  5. Top with pierogi, salt and pepper.
  6. Slice kielbasa into large chunks and add.
  7. Cook, covered for half an hour.
  8. Place under broiler for 2 minutes to get a golden color on top.
