The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:
- Prepare 10 slices Bread
- Get 2 tsp garlic power
- Prepare 3 tsp oil
- Take 3-4 tbsp Cheese(grated)
- Take 2-3 tsp Mayonnaise
- Take 1/4 cup Peas
- Get 1/4 cup Corn seeds
- Take 1/4 cup Spring onion
- Get 1/3 cup Basil leaves

Instructions to make Bruschetta:
- Cut the bread in desired shape.
- Place the bread on a baking tray and grease butter on top of toast.
- Now preheat microwave and put toast 180.c for 2-3 minutes or till they become light golden brown.
- Now heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add Peas, Corn seeds, Spring onion, Black pepper, salt and grated Carrot. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add Mayonnaise and Cheese, mix it well for 1-2 minutes.
- Now put Basil leaves and then spread garlic powder and put topping on top of toast.
- Now further put in microwave and toast @ 180.c for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and ready to serve.
