Instructions to make Paneer popcorns:
- Mix all ingredients of spice mix. Then add paneer cubes in it and mix properly to coat eachbof the cubes. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
- Coarse grind oats and keep aside. Add water, salt and black pepper powder to corn flour and make lumpfree slurry.
- Heat oil on a slow flame. Till it becomes hot, dip marinated paneer cubes in prepared slurry, one at a time, then roll it in oats, again dip in slurry and roll it in oats. Double coat each paneer cube like this.
- Deep fry it on slow to medium flame till it becomes golden.
- Serve hot with ketchup or your choice of dip.
