- To make the curd mixture, add in hung curd, mayonnaise,crushed black pepper, salt and sugar to a bowl.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- Shread and chop all the veggies and fruits to be added.
- Add in to the curd mixture. Also add 3-4 olives. Mix everything well. Coleslaw is ready now. Keep in the refrigerator.
- Cut bread slices into circle shape with the help of cookie cutter or mould.
- Place some cold coleslaw on one side of the bread disks.
- Cover with another bread disk to make sandwich.
- Cut some circles from the cheddar cheese slice with the same mould with which you cut the bread disks.I used cheddar cheese as it is yellow in colour that resembles emoji colour.
