  1. Cut carrots bellpepper in julienne, shred cabbage. Slice onion and garlic, chop tomato. Wash soak rice
  2. Heat oil, add slice onion fry to pink. Add chop garlic saute add ger paste and fry till aromatic.
  3. Add chop tomato soya sauce vinegar whitepepper fry till tomatoes are soft. Add all vegies. Mix well cover and let them get tender in steam
  4. Add bellpepper, mix, add drained rice with 2 cup water and let them cook at medium flame. Add pinch of blackpepper
