  1. Rinse Basmati Rice with water 2-3 times soak in enough water for 15 mins. Then drain the water keep aside for at least 10 mins.
  2. Quick Blanch Spinach leaves(not more than 1 min otherwise itll loose the colour) and grind with some Coriander Mint leaves, ger, Garlic, Green Chilli to make green paste using some water.
  3. Heat coconut oil or ghee in a pressure cooker, saute all whole spices mentioned in ingredients for a min.
  4. Add finely chopped onion, saute till translucent. Add green peas, french beans also. Then add green paste, salt garam masala powder. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add Rice. Mix everything well cook for a min.
  6. Then add Thin Coconut Milk or water. Bring to a boil cook to 2-3 whistles. Enjoy Hot!!
