- Prepare 4 bowls water

- Wash rice and soak for 20 mins
- Cook rice with 4 glass of water, salt and one spoon oil and 2 bay leaves, 2 longs
- Half cook it, then strain it, take a pan add butter add cumin seeds, then add 2 grinded onion.
- Now cook the onion for 10 mins, add 3 grinded tomatoes, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder.
- Fry all the vegetables and fry two onions sliced, cook the gravy well then add all the vegetables in gravy, then add rice. Mix well its ready to eat yummy pulao.
