  1. Wash and soak all the ingredients together. Keep aside to ferment for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Next day mix the batter well. Heat a Tawa and pour a ladle of batter and spread to a circle shape. Drizzle oil. When cooked flip and cook for a second. Drizzle ghee on top. Fold in the shape you love. Done. Serve hot with your favourite side dish.
  3. NOTE: Add a hand full of chana dal if you want your dosa to be brown and crispy. I have skipped.
