  1. Boil the pasta in water.add oil and salt. Once they are ready drain and rinse with cold water
  2. In a separate pan add chopped onions capsicum and celery stalk. Stir until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add meat masala and tomato paste and stir for a minute
  4. Add blended tomatoes and basil and simmer for 5 mins on low heat.
  5. Add minced meat and the left over pasta water and cook till its well done
  6. Add the paste and mix carefully making sure you dont crush the paste
  7. Add the cheese and cover for 5 mins until it melts. Be very very generous with the cheese.
