  17. Get 2 tbsp diced onions

Steps to make Stuffed peppers:

  1. remove top of bell peppers, seeds, membranes, wash, and boil bell peppers whole for 5 min before cooking and set aside
  2. Heat pan with 1 tbsp. olive oil and mince garlic.
  3. Add ground turkey to hot pan. Cook until no more pink and cbled apart
  4. Add the following below. But a little at a time. Go according to your taste buds and texture.
  5. Cut grape tomatoes in fours, add to meat and stir. Just a little bit. Not alot. Keep under VERY LOW heat or set aside.
