  2. Add the blanched vegetables in a chopper along with green chillies,fried onion and finally chop then add bread and blend again until coarsely chopped
  3. In a bowl mashed boiled potatoes then add fresh coriander, finely chopped, ger garlic paste, roasted cumin seeds, Red chilli powder, garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,lemon juice and the ground vegetables and mix properly.
  4. Grease hands with oil set the mixture on skewers and give them rest for 10 minutes to settle.
  5. Now shallow fry them on medium heat until light golden. Now vegetables kabab are ready
