- Grind soaked chickpeas,rice, fenugreek seeds in mixer grinder to smooth paste with enough water. Pour batter in vessel. Cover and ferment for 6-8 hours.
- At the time of making dosa,add salt red chilli powder and carrom seeds powder, asafoetida. Mix well.
- Heat dosa griddle. Pour laddleful of prepared chickpeas dosa on it. Spread in circular motion toward edge. Sprinkle ghee. Roast on medium flame till crispy golden brown.
- Flip and cook another side till crispy. Similarly prepare all chickpeas dosas
