- Get 4 bread slices
- Take 4 medium sized boiled potatoes
- Get 1 cup finely chopped spinach

- Firstly mashed potatoes and finely chopped spinach mix into a mixing bowl.
- Further add all dry spices,grated garlic and salt into mixture and combined well.
- Now spread tomato sauce and the mixture on the bread slices.
- Heat the pan on medium-low heat. Once hot add spoonful of butter and let it melt.
- Cook on medium low heat till bottom part gets crispy. Press it very gently using spatula. It will take about 4-5 minutes.
- Cook other side as well till it gets crispy and lightly browned.
- Once cooked, remove it to a plate, slice it into triangles and garnish with grated cheese serve warm.
