  16. Prepare 3-4 Garlic finely chopped
  17. Take 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  18. Take as needed Bread cubes and butter for granish

Instructions to make Vegetable soup:

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan. Add onion,beans, carrot,tomato, gourd mushrooms, cabbage, ger, green capsicum and vegetable stock and cook them.
  2. Add salt, dark soy sauce, green chilli sauce and mix. Add crushed peppercorns and mix and let the mixture come to a boil.(10 - 15 min)
  3. Mix cornflour in ½ cup water till smooth and add to the soup. Add ½ tbsp white vinegar and mix. Add garlic, sugar and remaining vinegar and mix well. Off the gas..
  4. Take one bread toast them into dry pan means(no oil, no ghee, no butter)
  5. Now cut them small cubes.
  6. Garnish with butter, coriander leaves and bread cubes and serve hot..
  7. Note:- this soup is for the kids so must cut all vegetable finely chopped or blend them… otherwise kids not like..
