- In a mixing bag, add the potatoes but don’t fill it up too much so that it doesn’t tear, add the olive oil, grated cheese, pepper, garlic, salt and mix thoroughly.
- As you mix up as per above step, preheat the oven at 210 degrees.
- Cover the oven plate with foil and evenly spread your potatoes. Place the oven plate back into the oven and bake for the first 20minutes. This is so that you can turn the potatoes to cook on the other side for the next 20 mins. Keep on checking to prevent them from burning.
- Once ready, let them cool for a few minutes and serve as you prefer.
