  9. Take 1 teaspoon Mirin
  10. Get 2-3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  11. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi
  12. Get 1 teaspoon Grated ger

Steps to make Sashimi ‘Zuké Don’:

  1. Make the marinade first. Place Mirin, Soy Sauce, Wasabi and Grated ger in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Slice Fish Fillet into small pieces and add to the marinade. Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy.
