- Get 2 medium Potatoes
- Prepare 3 large Onion

- Make ready 1 tbsp Sugar

Steps to make Green Jackfruit Masala:
- Cut the Jackfruit in medium size pieces, cut the potatoes in 4 pc. Marinate the Jackfruit pieces with Turmeric powder 1/2, Slight Salt and Vinegar and keep aside.
- Make a paste of 1 onion and Garlic cloves. Take 2 onions cut, add salt, sugar, Curd, spices dust and onion-garlic paste. Add mustard Oil 3/4(75ml) in it.
- Add jackfruit pieces in the masla and mix well. Keep the marinated Jackfruits aside for 15 minutes.
- Take a pressure cooker and place the same in medium heat gas oven, add 25ml (1/4) mustard oil, and whole spices in it. Add marinated jackfruits and cook in high heat for 5 minutes. Add potato pieces as shown in picture.
- Pressure cook in low heat for 25 minutes and keep aside it for 10 minutes for cooling. Open up the lid and mix well. Serve hot.
