- Prepare 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
- Get 4 Cloves
- Prepare 1 tsp . Whole Coriander
- Prepare 6 Black Pepper
- Take 1 tsp .Cumin Seed
Instructions to make Kathal (jackfruit) do pyaja:
- Cut kathal in big cube size. Cut onion in slice.
- Take (For spice powder)black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, whole coriander, cumin seed and cinnamon stick roast it on very low flame and grind this spices in grinder.
- Take thick bottom pan. Heat oil.
- Add cumin seed, bay leaves, whole dry chilli, whole coriander and onion.
- Add garlic ger crushed.
- Add kathal cubes. Now put coriander powder, turmeric powder and dry mango powder. Salt. Mix it well. Cover it properly. Cook it in very slow flame for 20- 25 min.
- Add grinded spices. Again cook it till kathul became soft.
- Add fresh green coriander.
