- Take a pan add oil and one by one add one sliced onion then add ger garlic paste green chilli.mix it well add haldi powder,salt,Jeera powder,dhania powder,red chilli powder, nutemung powder and garam masala.mix it well.if require add little of water then mix it well until the oil saparates.Then add the boiled potatoes and mix it until the mixture become dry.
