- Mix ghee and sugar and beat it until its colour change white. Now add vanilla essence. Its homemade ghee so its colour is little yellow
- Now mix maida and mix it. I had not used milk so making its dough with only ghee
- Make its 2 part mix red colour in one make a dough flatten it and cut in heart shape with cookie cutter. Cover it with butter paper and put it in fridge for 20 mins
- Now after 20 mins take out of fridge and cover it with white dough after that cover it with butter paper and fridge it for 20 mins. After 20 mins take out it and cut it
