- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dry chilli.Let them splutter for a few seconds. Add curry leaves, garlic and fry for a few seconds. Add onion and fry till slightly browned. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and switch off the heat.
- Add curd mixture and mixwell.Switch on the heat and cook the curry on low flame till it just starts to boil. Switch off the heat. (Do not let the curry boil). Add salt and mixwell.
