The ingredients needed to make Squid Noodles:

  1. Get 500 gms thin noodles
  2. Take 1 zucchini, Julienne
  3. Make ready 1 red bell pepper, Julienne
  4. Get 1 cup purple cabbage
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup squid, cooked
  6. Make ready 1/4 th cup prawns, cooked, deveined and chopped
  7. Prepare to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  9. Get 1 tbsp chilli oil
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup peanut oil
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
  12. Get Greens of spring onion, finely slitted for garnishing

Instructions to make Squid Noodles:

  1. Cook noodles as per packet instructions, drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat peanut oil in a non-stick pan, add the vegetables, squid and chopped prawns and cook for approx 3 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, salt, pepper and Chinese five spice. Stir till the vegetables and noodles are well combined.
  4. Drizzle with chilli oil and stir for few seconds. Garnish with spring onions. Serve with Chinese stir fried vegetables
