- For the paneer bhurji - Heat the oil in a broad nonstick pan add the garlic,green chillies and onions and saute on a medium flame.
- Add capsicum and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute
- Add tomatoes, chill powder, garam masala, haldi, pav bhaji masala, salt and 1 tbsp of water mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Switch off the gas and add the paneer and coriander and mix well. Keep aside.
- Slit each hot roll horizontally using a sharp knife. Apply 1 tsp of butter on each side
- Take one roll and on the lower half of the roll put paneer bhumi and spread it evenly.
- Close the roll and apply butter on the top of the roll and grill in greased preheated sandwich griller for 5 minutes till they turn crispy and brown from both the sides.
- Cut each sandwich diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
- Serve immediately.
