- Dry Roast grind the ingredients under Rasam powder.
- Grind Tomatoes to puree in a blender. Boil it for 5 mins or until raw smell goes.
- Remove seeds and Grind Gooseberries to fine paste. Set aside.
- Add Oil, Garlic, Curry leaves, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Jeera seeds, Asafoetida and Red Chilli.
- Add the cooked Tomato puree. Add Toor dal.
- Add the Rasam powder. Cook for a minute.
