  1. Mix wheat flour + ghee 2 tbsp + milk to make hard and smooth dough of Bhakhri. Use more milk if rrequired.Milk should be at room temperature.
  2. Divide dough into 2 balls and make bhakhris of it and make impressions of belan on one side of the bhakhari.
  3. Roast it on both sides of the bhakhri on hot tawa on low heat. Let it cool and cble into powder in mixture.
  4. Heat jaggery grated and ghee to make a smooth mixture. Add this mixture cardamom powder to the above crushed bhakharis.
  5. Mix well and fill them properly into the heart shaped silicon mould. Let it set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or at room temperature for an hour. Demould them and serve the bite size churma hearts.
