  3. When carrot become thick and roasted finely then add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder mix it well.
  4. Take a plate spread the carrot mixture let it cool keep a side for 20-30 mins.Then cut with the cookies cutter in heart shape. Now keep in Freeze for 20 minutes
  5. Now take out and serve in a plate and garnish with cashews
