  1. Wash and soak kale chane overnight and pressure cook them.
  2. In mixer jar add tometoes and ger and make puree of it.
  3. Heat oil and ghee add jeera slit green chillies add saute for a while then add tomato puree and cook for sometime.
  4. Add add dry masalas like turmeric, chilli powder, coriander,jeera powder,dry mango powder cook till oil seperates.
  5. Add cooked kale chane mix it well add chole masala, kasuri methi,salt, jagarry mix well cook for around 5min top with coriander leaves and it’s ready to serve.
