  2. Add salt,caster sugar,whitepepper in mayonnaise.add cream mix well.I use whipping cream.you can use any. Mix till smooth.
  3. Squeeze carrot cabbage in hands before adding into mayonnaise to remove excess water otherwise thy leave water slaw becomes thin.
  4. Mix carrot cabbage gently in one direction.cover with cling keep refrigerated till use. It is used fresh as well. Enjoy with burgers sandwiches frenchfries other snacks.
