- Prepare 1/2 cup Water
- Take Pinch Baking soda
- Get Pinch Turmeric powder
- Take 1/2 cup Maize flour

- Once It has cooled down partially, add all-purpose flour, salt and pepper, and knead a soft dough(crackfree).
- Take small portion of a dough between two plastic sheets and roll it into a thin tortilla. - Tip- Apply some oil on plastic sheets before you start rolling. - Tip- Use papad maker, if available.
- Then, cut it into triangular pieces. Prick them with a fork and deep fry.
- Serve it with cheese sauce, salsa and sour cream.
